Where it started
Virtually Entertained was founded in 2018 at Silverstone, the home of British motorsport. We started with a simple idea: bring the thrill of proper racing simulation to events, and run it so well the organiser never has to think about it.
Today we run one of the UK’s largest mobile fleets of networked racing simulators: 16 F1 sims and 2 GT sims that can race head to head on one live leaderboard, plus the Batak reaction board made famous by F1 driver training. Our simulators can carry your brand from seat decals to full wraps, which is why brands like Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 and Peugeot have trusted us with their activations.
Our story
Independent and owner-run
In our early years we also ran professional esports competitions. That side of the business was acquired by Motorsport Network in 2019. The simulator hire company you’re reading about now is independent, owned and run by the same four directors who founded it, and focused on one thing: racing simulator experiences at live events.

We’re based at Silverstone Innovation Centre, on Silverstone Park. Being at the heart of UK motorsport keeps us close to the technology, the suppliers and the standards the sport demands. It also means delivery within 100 miles of Silverstone is included in every quote.
