Milton Keynes sits about 20 miles from our base at the Silverstone Innovation Centre. That is roughly 30 minutes on the A5 or the A421. It makes Milton Keynes one of the closest towns we serve and one of the simplest events we run.
Delivery is included. Every price on our list covers delivery within 100 miles of Silverstone, and Milton Keynes is well inside that line. There is no travel surcharge and no mileage to add. The £1.50 per mile that applies beyond 100 miles never comes into it, and the £300 London surcharge does not apply here either. The number on the price list is the number you pay, plus VAT.

Because the drive is half an hour, we can arrive early in the morning or late in the evening to fit your venue access window rather than our travel time. Milton Keynes venues often hand over a room the night before or first thing on the day, and both work for us. It also means short notice is realistic. Same-week enquiries are far easier to place here than on a job three hours up the motorway, so it is worth asking even when your date is close.

Where we set up
The hotels along the grid roads and the conference suites attached to them take a full grid without trouble. We need a level floor, a route in for flight cases and one 13A socket per sim. Most Milton Keynes function rooms have all three already.
Caldecotte, Knowlhill, Shenley Wood and the office estates around them. Atriums, breakout areas and larger meeting rooms all work. Staff race between sessions and the leaderboard keeps running all day. Venues like Kents Hill Park handle bigger away days.
Hospitality suites at venues such as Stadium MK and the Marshall Arena suit long guest lists. Hotlaps on rotation, drivers cycling through quickly, and the 43in digital leaderboard so times are readable from across the room.
Horwood House, Chicheley Hall, Bletchley Park and the country venues around the edge of the town. Weddings, milestone birthdays and private hospitality. Seats and pedals adjust from 125cm to 220cm, so guests aged 5 to 99 all get a lap.

If your event finishes after 10pm there is a £300 late finish charge, and extended hours beyond a standard day add 10% per hour. Both are quoted up front.
