Local knowledge
Milton Keynes is a business town first: a big office population, a cluster of motorsport and automotive engineering firms, and a corporate hospitality calendar that barely pauses. Away days, staff parties, client hospitality, summer socials and Christmas parties make up most of our work here, and agencies book us for launches and exhibitions in the town too, usually with the sims wrapped in a client’s colours.
We’re 20 miles down the A5 or the A421, about half an hour door to door, so we can load in early or break down late to fit your venue’s access window rather than our driving hours. Plenty of MK venues hand over the room the night before, and that works for us too. Short notice is realistic here: same-week enquiries are far easier to place than a job three hours up the motorway.
The hotels along the grid roads take a full line-up of sims comfortably. We need a level floor, a route in for flight cases and one 13A socket per two sims, and most Milton Keynes function rooms have all three already.
Caldecotte, Knowlhill, Shenley Wood and the estates around them. Atriums, breakout areas and larger meeting rooms all work, with staff racing between sessions. Venues like Kents Hill Park handle the bigger away days.
Suites at venues such as Stadium MK and the Marshall Arena suit long guest lists: fastest-lap runs on rotation, drivers cycling through quickly, and the 43in digital leaderboard readable from across the room.
Horwood House, Chicheley Hall, Bletchley Park and the country venues around the edge of the town that we’ve visited before. Seats and pedals adjust for drivers from 125cm tall, so guests aged 8 to 88 all get a lap.

Yes. Setup takes around two hours, and a 30 minute drive means we can start early in the morning or late in the evening to fit your venue access window. If your event finishes after 10pm there’s a £300 late finish charge, and extended hours beyond a standard day add 10% per hour, both quoted up front.
Being this close makes same-week enquiries far more realistic here than on a job several hours away. Availability is the only limit, so it’s always worth asking even if your date is close. You’ll have an itemised quote within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and a 50% deposit secures the date.
