Our 18 simulators live at the Silverstone Innovation Centre on Silverstone Park. Central London is roughly 70 miles from the door, about 90 minutes down the M1 or the M40 on a clear run. That puts every London postcode comfortably inside the 100 miles of delivery included in every price, so the journey is not something you pay for.

There is one London-specific extra and we would rather you read it here than find it later. A £300 surcharge applies per event in London. It covers parking, congestion and emission zone costs that come with bringing a large vehicle into the city. That is the whole of it. No inflated day rate, no mileage stacked on top, no fuel line that grows after the event.

We deliver right across the city. Hotel ballrooms and function rooms for awards dinners, conferences and Christmas parties. The exhibition halls at ExCeL and Olympia for trade shows, launches and sponsor stands. City office receptions and rooftop spaces for client evenings and summer socials. Event spaces around Shoreditch and the Southbank for brand activations and press days. If a room has a floor, a lift to reach it and a socket, a full racing grid can go in it.

London venues are tighter than most, so a few practical things shape the day. Loading bay and lift access matters more here than anywhere else we work. Our vehicle is 6.9m long, so we need somewhere legal and sensible to unload rather than a red route with a clock running. Tell us about stairs in advance, because carrying sims up two flights changes the crew size and the schedule, and it is a much better conversation to have in the quote than on the morning. If your building has strict access rules, a shared goods lift or a live office floor to work around, we can set up early in the morning or late in the evening to fit them.

The kit itself is smaller than planners expect. Each simulator takes roughly 1.61m by 0.6m of floor, stands 1.42m tall and runs from a single 13A socket drawing no more than 1kW. Setup takes around two hours. Six sims tuck into one end of a ballroom, and when the room allows it, up to 16 F1 simulators race together on the same live leaderboard.

Every London booking is fully staffed. We do not drop the kit and leave. Our crew drives it in, builds it, briefs your guests, runs the racing, keeps the leaderboard moving and packs everything down at the end.
