London is about 70 miles from our Silverstone base, roughly 1 hour 30 by road and inside our included delivery.

The kit’s smaller than most London planners expect. Each simulator takes roughly 1.61m by 0.6m of floor, so six tuck into one end of a ballroom with every two sharing a 13A socket, and setup takes around two hours. When the room allows it, up to 16 F1-style simulators race together on one live leaderboard, every driver chasing the same times on the same circuit.
London venues are tighter than most, so a few practical things shape the day. Loading bay and lift access matter more here than anywhere else we work, and our vehicle’s 6.9m long, so we need somewhere legal and sensible to unload rather than a red route with a clock running. Tell us about stairs at quote stage; carrying sims up two flights changes the team size and the schedule.
We’ve been doing this since 2018, and in London that means working early mornings and late evenings around building access rules, goods lifts and live office floors. The one London extra is a £300 surcharge per event at central venues, covering parking, congestion, additional staffing and emission zone costs. Exhibition halls such as ExCeL and Olympia don’t carry it, and it’s listed with everything else on our racing simulator hire prices page.

Asked about London events
Do you deliver to venues in central London?
Yes. Central London’s roughly 70 miles from our Silverstone base, about 90 minutes down the M1 or the M40, so every London postcode sits inside the 100 miles of delivery included in every price. We work everywhere from the City and the West End out to Shoreditch and the Southbank.
What access do you need at a London venue?
Somewhere to unload and a route to the room. Our vehicle’s 6.9m long, so a loading bay or a legal unloading spot makes the day much smoother, and lift access matters in most City and West End buildings. Tell us about stairs in advance so we can plan the team and the timings. Each sim needs about 1.61m by 0.6m of floor, stands 1.42m tall, and one 13A socket runs two sims.
Can you set up outside our building access hours?
Yes. Setup takes around two hours and we can arrive early in the morning or work late in the evening to fit building access rules, loading bay slots or a live office floor. If your event finishes after 10pm there’s a £300 late finish charge, and extended hours beyond the standard event day are 10% per hour.
