Four ways companies book us
Team building tournament
How it runs: practice laps to get everyone comfortable, timed heats to sort the rankings, then a head-to-head final between the quickest drivers to settle the office argument. Teams pick their runners and the rest of the room watches the leaderboard.
Awards night entertainment
How it runs: the sims open for the drinks reception and again after the speeches. Hotlaps, one flying lap each, keep drivers rotating in short bursts, so guests race between courses and the fastest lap of the night gets announced from the stage.
Product launches and brand days
How it runs: we wrap the simulators in your livery and can even put your brand in the game, on the cars and around the circuit. The racing pulls people in and the leaderboard holds them there while your team talks to them.
Christmas party
How it runs: the sims go in beside the bar and run all evening with no sign-up sheet or scheduling, so guests drift over, race and drift back to the party with a time to defend. Branding and a big leaderboard screen are available on request.

Planner logistics
What we handle, what you provide
The kit travels in flight cases and builds cleanly in offices, hotel suites, ballrooms, marquees and exhibition halls. Setup takes around two hours and we arrive well before your guests, so the sims are live and tested by the time the doors open.

All prices exclude VAT. Subsequent days are discounted 25%. Surcharges for city-centre venues and late finishes are itemised on the full price list.
Four sims is the setup we quote most often for corporate events. It keeps a queue moving without taking over the room. Smaller bookings start at one simulator for £790 a day, and the fleet runs to sixteen F1-style sims on one leaderboard, with extra sims at £375 each beyond six.

Asked by event planners
How does invoicing and payment work?
Every quote is itemised, which makes procurement’s job easy. A 50% deposit confirms your date and the balance is due 14 days before the event. Pay by bank transfer or by card on a payment link. All prices are quoted plus VAT.
How many guests can race in an hour?
Hotlaps move guests through quickly, at roughly 8 to 10 drivers per simulator per hour. Head-to-head heats take longer and give a better show. Tell us your guest numbers and running times and we’ll recommend a setup in your quote.
Can you run alongside a conference agenda?
Yes, and many corporate bookings do exactly that. We set up in your breakout space or exhibition area before delegates arrive, run the racing through registration, breaks, lunch and the evening reception, and stay quiet while the room is in session. Send us the agenda and we’ll work around it.

We provide the staff, included in the price. Our team delivers, builds, welcomes your guests, gets every driver comfortable, runs the competition and packs down.
