Why it works

The entertainment everyone joins in with

We run events for Mercedes AMG Petronas F1, and the same simulators and the same crew turn up for your away day.

Nobody sits it out

Seats and pedals adjust for drivers from 125cm to 220cm, ages 5 to 99. No licence, no experience and no confidence needed. Your quietest colleague gets a lap and a time on the board, the same as everyone else.

The leaderboard makes the atmosphere

Every simulator is networked onto one live leaderboard. Times go up on the big screen, records get beaten and people queue for another go. The competition is what fills the room, not the kit on its own.

Nothing left for you to run

Every hire is fully staffed. We deliver, build, brief each driver, run the competition and pack down at the end. We do not drop the kit and leave, so no one from your team spends the day supervising a simulator.

Corporate formats

Four ways companies book us

Twin racing simulators racing head-to-head beside a live leaderboard screen

Team building tournament

How it runs: practice laps to get everyone comfortable, timed heats to sort the grid, then a head-to-head final between the quickest drivers. Teams pick their runners and the rest of the room watches the leaderboard. It settles the office argument properly.

Awards night entertainment

How it runs: the grid opens for the drinks reception and again after the speeches. Hotlaps keep drivers rotating in short bursts, so guests race between courses and the fastest lap of the night gets announced from the stage.

Product launch and brand activation

How it runs: we wrap the simulators in your livery and put your brand in the game, on the cars and around the circuit. The racing pulls people in and the leaderboard holds them there while your team talks to them.

Christmas party

How it runs: the sims go in beside the bar and run all evening. No sign-up sheet and no scheduling. Guests drift over, race, and drift back to the party with a time to defend. Branding and a big leaderboard screen on request.

Not sure which suits your day? Tell us the guest list and the running order and we will recommend a format in your quote.

Never drop-and-go

The crew comes with it

We do not drop the kit and leave. Our professionals arrive with the simulators, welcome your guests, get every driver comfortable, run the racing and keep the leaderboard ticking all day.

For you that means one supplier, no stress, and an event that runs itself. Part of your team from setup to breakdown.

Planner logistics

What we handle, what you provide

The kit travels in flight cases and builds cleanly in offices, hotel suites, ballrooms, marquees and exhibition halls. Setup takes around two hours and we arrive well before your guests, so the grid is live and tested by the time the doors open.

Each F1 simulator is 1.61m long, 0.6m wide and 1.42m high. Allow roughly 1m by 2m per simulator so guests can get in and out comfortably, and half a metre to the side of each one for access.

  • Door and lift access to the room, plus parking for the delivery van

Quick answers

Asked by event planners

How does invoicing and payment work?

Every quote is itemised, so it goes through procurement without surprises. A 50% deposit confirms your date and the balance is due 14 days before the event. Pay by bank transfer or by card on a payment link. All prices are quoted plus VAT.

How many guests can race in an hour?

It depends on the format, the number of simulators and how long you want each driver in the seat. Hotlaps move guests through quickly. Head-to-head heats take longer and give a better show. Tell us your guest numbers and running times and we will recommend the grid size and format in your quote.

Can you run alongside a conference agenda?

Yes, and many corporate bookings do exactly that. We set up in your breakout space or exhibition area before delegates arrive, run the racing through registration, breaks, lunch and the evening reception, and stay quiet while the room is in session. Send us the agenda and we will work around it.

Do you provide staff, or do we run it?

We provide the staff, included in the price. Our crew delivers, builds, welcomes your guests, gets every driver comfortable, runs the competition and packs down. You never receive a van full of kit and a set of instructions.
