The stand problem
Every stand in the hall is competing for the same three seconds of attention. Screens, banners and free pens don’t buy the attention they used to. An F1-style simulator does. You’ll stop people mid-aisle, and once someone’s sat in it there’s a queue behind them within minutes.
That queue holds visitors on your stand long enough for your team to start a real conversation, and it gives them an easy opening line. Nobody’s being sold to while they’re waiting for a lap.
Then the live leaderboard does the rest. Visitors who set a time come back later to see if it’s held, usually with a colleague who wants a go, so one stand gets three visits with your brand on the sim every time. Wrap the sims in your colours and it blends beautifully with your brand and looks like you’ve thought this through.

The sims arrive in your colours: seat-back decals from £42 per sim, right up to a full wrap fitted by professional car wrappers, with your livery on the cars and your boards around the circuit on screen. All the options and prices are on the branding page.

The leaderboard is a natural place to ask for a name and an email, because visitors want to know where they finished. Your team owns that conversation, on your own forms or tablets, so the details land in your CRM and stay yours.
Sims network together on one leaderboard, up to 16 F1-style cockpits in a single event, so the stand scales from a two-sim corner to a full sixteen-car grid. All prices exclude VAT.
Load-in and build days
Exhibition halls run to schedule and we work to it. Give us your build day slot, your stand number and the load-in route, and we’ll book the journey around them. The kit travels in flight cases, comes through goods entrances and lifts, and builds easily on a stand that’s still half finished around us.
Setup takes around two hours, and the planning numbers in the card cover the rest: the footprint’s compact enough that two sims and a leaderboard fit a small stand without swallowing it, and one standard socket per two sims keeps the power order modest.
We work to hall rules on risk assessments, method statements, build times and breakdown, and we send paperwork ahead when your organiser asks for it. We deliver to exhibition halls across the country, the NEC, ExCeL London and Olympia included, and everywhere else on the UK circuit.

Yes. Build days are how most exhibition stands get done, so we plan the delivery around the hall schedule rather than ours. Tell us your build slot, your stand number and the load-in route in your enquiry, and we’ll book the vehicle to match. Setup takes around two hours once we’re on the stand.
Yes, from seat-back decals right up to a full vinyl wrap, plus in-game liveries and trackside boards. Print and fitting happen before your show, so the earlier you send artwork the better. Yes, and the racing makes it easy. Visitors happily give a name and an email to see their lap time and to hear if they made the podium. Your team runs the capture on your own forms or tablets, so the data goes straight into your systems. Our team keeps the racing moving while you talk to people.
