The stand problem

Most visitors walk straight past

Every stand in the hall is competing for the same three seconds of attention. Screens, banners and free pens do not buy them. A full-size F1 simulator does. It stops people mid-aisle, and once someone is sat in it there is a queue behind them within minutes.

That queue is the point. It holds visitors on your stand long enough for your team to start a real conversation, and it gives them an easy opening line. Nobody has to be sold to while they are waiting for a lap.

Then the live leaderboard does the rest. Visitors who set a time come back later to see if it has held, usually with a colleague who wants a go. One stand, three visits, and your brand on the sim every time. Wrap the grid in your colours and the whole activation becomes yours.

What you get

What lands on your stand

Brand-wrapped simulators

The sims arrive in your colours, not ours. Seat-back decals from £42 per sim, base branding at £195, or a full wrap at £450 by professional car wrappers. We can put your livery on the cars and your boards around the circuit on screen too.

43in digital leaderboard

A 43in screen styled like an F1 timing board, showing every lap time live. £100 a day. It is the reason visitors come back to your stand before the hall closes, and the reason they bring a colleague with them.

Our crew runs it

We do not drop the kit and leave. Our crew builds the grid, briefs every driver, keeps the queue moving and runs the leaderboard all day. Your team never has to explain the pedals. They get to sell instead.

Data capture at the board

The leaderboard is a natural place to ask for a name and an email, because visitors want to know where they finished. Your team owns that conversation and your own forms or tablets, so the details land in your CRM and stay yours.

Sims network together on one leaderboard, up to 16 F1 cockpits in a single event, so the stand scales from a two sim corner to a full grid. All prices exclude VAT.

Load-in and build days

Built for exhibition halls

Exhibition halls run to their own clock. We work to it. Give us your build day slot, your stand number and the load-in route, and we arrive in that window rather than yours. The kit travels in flight cases, comes through goods entrances and lifts, and builds cleanly on a stand that is still half finished around us.

Setup takes around two hours. Each simulator needs one standard 13A socket, drawing a maximum of 1kW, so a modest stand power order covers the grid. Each sim occupies about 1.61m by 0.6m of floor and stands 1.42m tall, which means two sims and a leaderboard fit a small stand without swallowing it.

We work to hall rules on risk assessments, method statements, build times and breakdown, and we send paperwork ahead when your organiser asks for it. We deliver to exhibition halls across the country, the NEC, ExCeL London and Olympia included, and everywhere else on the UK circuit.

Quick answers

Exhibition questions

Can you deliver on a build day?

Yes. Build days are how most exhibition stands get done, so we plan the delivery around the hall schedule rather than ours. Tell us your build slot, your stand number and the load-in route in your enquiry, and we will book the vehicle to match. Setup takes around two hours once we are on the stand.

Can we brand the sims in our colours, and how much lead time do you need?

Yes, from seat-back decals right up to a full vinyl wrap, plus in-game liveries and trackside boards. Print and fitting happen before your show, so the earlier you send artwork the better. Vector files (PDF, EPS or SVG) give the sharpest result. Send your date with the enquiry and we will confirm the artwork deadline in your quote. See the full range on our branded simulator hire page.

Can we capture visitor details at the stand?

Yes, and the racing makes it easy. Visitors happily give a name and an email to see their lap time and to hear if they made the podium. Your team runs the capture on your own forms or tablets, so the data goes straight into your systems. Our crew keeps the grid moving while you talk to people.
