Travel and timing

Five things can add to the prices above. Here they all are. If none apply to your event, the price in the table is the price on your quote.
London events
£300 per event.
Finishing after 10pm
£300 per event.
Beyond 100 miles of Silverstone
£1.50 per mile after the first 100. The first 100 miles are always included.
Extended hours
Add 10% of the simulator cost per hour beyond the included 8.
Overnight crew stays
Hotels charged at cost per person per day. No markup.

How much is the deposit?
A 50% deposit secures your date. The rest is due 14 days before the event.
When do I pay the balance?
14 days before your event. You will have an itemised invoice long before then, so there are no surprises.
Is there a discount for multi-day hire?
Yes. Every day after the first is 25% off the single day cost, on simulators and Batak alike.
