Travel and timing
Five extras, priced up front
Five things can add to the prices above. If none apply to your event, you’ll just pay the price in the table.
City-centre surcharge (London, Manchester, Birmingham)
£300 per event at city-centre venues. Covers parking, additional staff requirements, congestion charges. Exhibition halls, conference centres and easily accessible venues outside the centre are exempt.
Finishing after 10pm
£300 per event.
Beyond 100 miles of Silverstone
£1.50 per mile after the first 100. The first 100 miles are included.
Extended hours
Add 10% of the simulator cost per hour beyond the included 8.
Overnight team stays
Hotels charged at cost per person per day, with no mark-up.

Booking and payment
Asked before every booking
How much is the deposit?
A 50% deposit secures your date. The rest is due 14 days before the event.
When do I pay the balance?
14 days before your event. You’ll have an itemised invoice well before then.
