A Christmas party has to work for the whole company, not just the half that likes a dance floor. Racing gives everyone the same thing to do and the same thing to talk about on Monday. One live leaderboard runs all evening, so the night has a structure, a running argument and a winner at the end of it.
Nobody has to drink to join in
Racing is the one thing at a Christmas party that works just as well sober. The drivers who aren’t drinking usually end up near the top of the leaderboard, which becomes the joke of the night.

Seats and pedals adjust for drivers from 125cm tall, ages 8 to 88, and no experience is needed: our team gives every driver a friendly briefing before their first lap, so nobody sets off cold in front of their colleagues.

Three ways to run the Christmas racing
All-evening hotlap leaderboard
The simulators open with the drinks reception and run to the end of the night, with one flying lap each and the fastest time on the live leaderboard. There’s no sign-up sheet or schedule, so guests drift over between courses, set a time, then come back later to defend it.
Departmental team knockout
Put sales against finance or the warehouse against the office, with head-to-head heats through the evening and a final before the music takes over. Our team runs the bracket and calls the results, so nobody on your team has to organise it.
Prize-giving finish
Put the leaderboard on the big screen and present the trophy at the end of the night. It gives the evening a shape and a proper ending, and it gives someone from the top table something to hand over. Add a 43in digital leaderboard for £100 a day so the times read across the room.
Many parties mix them: hotlaps through the drinks and the meal, a departmental knockout after the speeches, then the prize-giving before the room turns into a dance floor. Run it however suits your night. Send us your running order and we’ll build the evening around it.
Dates and timings
December fills from the outside in
December has a small number of party nights in it, the Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays of three particular weeks, and every company in the country is looking at the same squares in the calendar.
Our fleet is 18 simulators, but the kit can only be in one place on any one date, so December dates do get snapped up. If your party is in December 2026, getting the date held now costs you nothing extra and takes the question off your list.
Christmas parties also run later than the rest of our work, so here’s how the costs work. Standard hire covers 8 hours on site, with the two hour setup inside that, and a finish after 10pm adds a £300 surcharge. Venues get busy in the same weeks we do, which shapes the day more than planners expect. Our team needs a couple of hours to build and somewhere to unload, so a loading slot booked with the hotel in advance is worth more in December than in any other month. If the room is turned around between a lunch and your party, tell us early and we’ll work to the venue schedule rather than yours.
Tell us the date, the venue and your headcount and you’ll have an itemised quote within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due 14 days before. We’ve been running events like this since 2018.

Three simulators suits most office parties: it keeps the queue moving through a drinks reception and a sit-down meal without swallowing the room. Four at £1,655 works for a bigger headcount or a night where the racing is the main event. Both prices include everything below.

All prices exclude VAT. GT simulators are £840 for one and £940 for two. Subsequent days are discounted 25%, and beyond 100 miles from Silverstone delivery is £1.50 per mile. The line-up runs to sixteen sims on one leaderboard, with every tier on the full price list.

Christmas party questions
How far ahead should we book a Christmas party?
As early as you can, and autumn isn’t too early for December. The weekend dates and the Thursdays and Fridays around them go first, because every office in the country wants the same three weeks. Our fleet is 18 simulators, but the kit can only be in one place on any given date, so once a date’s taken it’s gone. A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due 14 days before the event.
Our party runs past 10pm. Does that cost more?
Standard hire covers 8 hours on site, with the two hour setup inside that. If we pack down after 10pm there’s a £300 late finish surcharge, and hours beyond the standard event day are charged at 10% extra per hour. Where a late finish means the team needs an overnight stay, hotels are charged at cost. It’s all itemised on your quote before you book.
Can we brand the simulators for the company?
Yes, at any level, from seat-back decals at £42 up to a full sim wrap, and we can put your brand inside the game too, on the car and on the circuit. All the options and prices are on our branding page. Get artwork to us with a few weeks to spare, because print and fitting need lead time in our busiest month.
Does it work in a hotel function room?
Yes, and that’s where most Christmas parties happen. Each simulator takes roughly 1.61m by 0.6m of floor, stands 1.42m tall and draws under 1kW, with one 13A socket running up to two sims. Three sims sit along one wall without taking over the room. Setup takes around two hours and our vehicle is 6.9m long, so tell us about the loading access and any lifts and we’ll agree the timings with your venue.
