Our base is the Silverstone Innovation Centre on Silverstone Park, NN12 8GX, a few minutes from the circuit gates. Your event sits at mile zero, so there’s no travel cost and we can take whatever access slot your venue offers.

Virtually Entertained is based at the Silverstone Innovation Centre, and our full fleet of 18 simulators lives a few minutes from the circuit gates. When your event’s at Silverstone, we’re the local supplier, not a company trucking kit up the motorway, and we’ve been setting up in garages, suites and event spaces around the track since 2018.
Being this close shows on the day. Setup takes around two hours, and because home is minutes away we can take early morning or late evening slots that fit your venue’s schedule rather than our driving schedule. It also makes short-notice bookings realistic, so if your date’s close, it’s still worth asking.
Everything we hire leaves from this one base, including every brand wrap we build, and it all arrives with our team.

For the firms on the Park we’re practically in-house. Product launches, client open days and staff parties can have a full F1-style line-up on site with next to no travel involved at all.
The wider county
Towcester, Brackley, Northampton, Daventry and everywhere between sit comfortably inside the 100 miles of delivery included in every price. Milton Keynes and Buckingham are minutes down the road too.
Race week
The British Grand Prix period is the busiest week of our year and books up months ahead. If your event lands anywhere near race week, talk to us early; a 50% deposit secures the date.

Can you deliver to venues at Silverstone circuit?
Yes, and it’s our shortest run. We’re based on Silverstone Park, minutes from the circuit, and we’ve set up in garages, suites and event spaces around the track since 2018. Tell us the venue and we’ll handle the rest.
How fast can you set up for a local event?
Setup takes around two hours. Because home is minutes away we can arrive early morning or late evening to fit your venue schedule, and short-notice Silverstone bookings are easier for us than for anyone else. One standard 13A socket runs two sims.
Do you cover Northampton and Milton Keynes?
Yes. Both are a short drive from our Silverstone base and sit well inside the 100 miles of delivery included in every price. The same goes for Towcester, Brackley, Daventry and the wider county.
