Virtually Entertained is based at the Silverstone Innovation Centre on Silverstone Park, NN12 8GX. Our full fleet of 18 simulators lives a few minutes from the circuit gates. When your event is at Silverstone, we are the local supplier, not a company trucking kit up the motorway.

For events at the circuit itself, that closeness matters. Delivery is the shortest journey in the business. Setup takes around two hours, and because home is minutes away we can take early morning or late evening slots that fit your venue schedule rather than our driving schedule. We also know the circuit venues. We have set up in garages, suites and conference spaces around the track since 2018, so we arrive knowing the load-in routes, the lifts and where the power lives.

For the businesses on Silverstone Park, we are practically in-house. Product launches, client open days and staff parties across the Park can have a full F1 grid on site with next to no travel involved at all.

The rest of Northamptonshire is just as easy. Towcester, Brackley, Northampton, Daventry and everywhere between sit comfortably inside the 100 miles of delivery included in every price. Milton Keynes and Buckingham are minutes down the road too.

One honest note on timing. The British Grand Prix period is the busiest week of our year, and it books up months ahead. If your event lands anywhere near race week, talk to us early. The rest of the calendar has more room, but Silverstone dates always move quickly, and a 50% deposit is all it takes to secure yours.
