Virtually Entertained hires racing simulators for corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, weddings and parties across the UK. The fleet is eighteen simulators strong: sixteen full-size F1 sims and two GT sims, all built to be networked together. That matters because networked sims race head-to-head on one live leaderboard. Your guests are not taking turns on isolated machines. They are competing in the same session, on the same circuit, with live timing on the big screen.
Every hire is staffed by our own crew. We deliver, set up in around two hours, welcome your guests, get each driver comfortable in the seat and run the competition from the first lap to the last. Delivery is included within 100 miles of Silverstone and we cover the rest of the UK beyond that. Alongside the sims we hire Batak reaction boards, and we can brand the whole grid to match your event.
Hotlap is a rolling time trial. Each guest jumps in, sets their fastest lap and hands over the seat. The leaderboard ranks every driver's best time across the whole event, so the competition builds all day and nobody waits for a full grid. It is the format we recommend for exhibitions, trade show stands and drop-in sessions, because it keeps a steady flow of drivers through the sims.
Head-to-head is a live race. Up to sixteen F1 simulators start together on the same circuit, wheel to wheel, with positions updating on the leaderboard in real time. It is the format that gets a room shouting, and the one we recommend for team building, award nights and grand finals. Many events combine both: hotlap qualifying through the afternoon, then a head-to-head final between the fastest drivers.
Whichever format you choose, the price you are quoted is itemised and complete. You provide the space and one standard 13A socket per simulator. We handle everything else.

GT & rally simulators
Our two GT simulators run GT and rally driving with the same live timing as the rest of the fleet. The seating position is closer to a road car, which suits showrooms, dealer launches and guests who want a familiar wheel in their hands.
GT sims network with the F1 grid, so a mixed fleet still races on one leaderboard. GT simulator hire is £840 a day for one sim or £940 for two, plus VAT.
Branding & wraps
Every simulator can carry your branding, and so can the racing itself. Seat-back decals start at £42, base branding is £195, and a full wrap that turns the sim into your own team car is £450, or £395 on a GT sim. In-game, we can put your livery on the cars for £200, brand the track for £350, or bundle both for £450. All prices plus VAT.
Mercedes AMG Petronas F1, Peugeot, Venatus and the Porsche Experience Centre Silverstone have all trusted us with their branding. Send us your artwork and we do the rest.

Yes, and additional days are 25% off. Multi-day hire is popular for exhibitions and trade shows where the stand runs all week. The crew staffs every day of the event, not just the first.
