Simulator Branding: From Seat Decals to Full Wraps

A racing simulator already does the hardest job on an exhibition stand. It stops people. It holds them. It gives them a reason to queue on your square metres rather than walk past them. Branding is what turns that crowd into a marketing result, because every photo, every video and every leaderboard screen now carries your name.

We have been wrapping and branding simulators since 2018, for brands from Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 to Peugeot. Here is every option on the menu, with the real prices, so you can budget before you even ask for a quote.

Why brand the simulator at all

Think about what actually gets photographed at an event. Not the pull-up banner. Not the lanyards. It is the person gripping a steering wheel with their colleagues shouting lap times at them. If the simulator is in your colours, your brand is in every one of those photos, and in every clip that ends up on LinkedIn and Instagram afterwards.

Branding also changes how the activity reads. An unbranded sim is entertainment you hired. A wrapped sim looks like your team turned up with your own race programme. On an exhibition stand, that difference is worth a lot.

The physical branding ladder

There are three levels of physical branding, and they scale with your budget.

Seat-back decals, £42 per sim. Your logo on the back of the seat, facing the crowd and every camera pointed at the driver. This is the entry point, and honestly it is the best value item on this page. If you do nothing else, do this.

Base branding, £195 per sim. The base of the simulator is the biggest flat surface on the rig, and it sits right at eye level in photos of the driver. Base branding puts your artwork along it, so the sim reads as yours from across the hall.

Full wrap, £450 per sim (£395 for a GT sim). The whole simulator in your livery, nose to tail. This is what we built for the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 activations, and it is the option that makes people assume the rig belongs to your brand. For exhibitions and product launches, the full wrap is the one that earns its keep.

All prices exclude VAT, and every option is listed on our prices page alongside the simulator hire rates, so there are no surprises in the quote.

Inside the game: liveries and custom tracks

Physical branding covers the room. In-game branding covers the screens, and the screens are what spectators watch.

In-game car livery, £200. The car your guests drive carries your design. Every replay, every big-screen moment and every over-the-shoulder photo shows your livery at 180mph.

Custom branded track, £350. Your logos on the trackside boards and bridges, the way sponsors appear at a real Grand Prix. Guests lap past your branding for the entire session.

Car and track bundle, £450. Both together, saving £100. If you are wrapping the sims anyway, the bundle completes the picture: your brand on the rig, on the car and around the circuit.

There is one more screen worth claiming. Our 43 inch digital leaderboard (£100 per day) runs live timing all event, and it is where every guest looks the moment they climb out of the seat. Paired with a branded track and livery, the whole experience plays out inside your identity.

Which level suits which event

Honest guidance, because not every event needs the full treatment.

For a single-day corporate event or awards night, seat-back decals are usually enough. The audience already knows who the host is, so £42 per sim buys you branded photos without eating the budget.

For an exhibition or trade show stand, go full wrap, and seriously consider the car and track bundle. You are competing with every other stand in the hall for attention, and a fully liveried grid is the difference between a crowd and a queue. Our exhibition simulator hire page covers how the sims, crew and leaderboard work on a stand.

For a product launch, match the in-game livery to the product. Launching a car, a drink or a kit design on the side of a racing car that guests then drive is the kind of moment people film.

And if you are running our Batak reaction boards alongside the grid, those can be branded too, for £200.

The practical bit

Branding is printed and applied before the fleet leaves Silverstone, so the sims arrive at your venue ready to go, and setup still takes around two hours. The earlier you can share your artwork after booking, the smoother that process is, so send logos and brand guidelines as soon as you confirm. Everything is handled by our crew, because every hire is fully staffed, from setup to breakdown.
