The delivery model

One base, the whole country

All 18 simulators live at the Silverstone Innovation Centre on Silverstone Park, NN12 8GX, and every job starts and finishes there. The short answer to the question most planners want to ask is yes, we’ll come to you, and here’s what the travel costs.

Delivery is included within 100 miles of Silverstone. That radius covers most of the Midlands, the South East including every London postcode, and the South West as far as Bristol. If your venue is inside it, there’s no travel line on your quote, just the day rate on the price list.

Beyond the first 100 miles, which are included wherever you are, we charge £1.50 per mile. On a longer run an overnight may be needed so the team can build early and have everything tested before your guests arrive. When that happens, hotels are charged at cost, and both lines go on your quote up front.

One thing changes the maths more than anything else: travel is charged per event, not per simulator. The vehicle makes the same journey whether it carries one sim or six, so on a six simulator booking the travel is a small fraction of the total, while on a single sim it’s far more noticeable. If you’re a long way from Silverstone and the budget’s tight, a bigger line-up usually works out better value per guest.

Wherever we go, our team runs the experience rather than just dropping the kit off. They drive it in, build it in around two hours, brief your guests, run the racing, keep the live leaderboard moving and pack it all down at the end. That’s been the standard since 2018.
