Local knowledge
More of our stand work happens in Birmingham than anywhere else in the country, and that’s the NEC doing the heavy lifting. A simulator’s real job on a stand is stopping people. A guest strapped into a full-size single-seater with a lap time climbing the screen holds a crowd, and a fastest-lap leaderboard running across the show gives visitors a reason to come back on day two.
Away from the halls, the city keeps us busy for the reasons you’d guess from who works here: one of the largest financial and professional services clusters in England outside London, HSBC UK’s head office, Jaguar Land Rover at Solihull, Mondelez at Bournville and five universities. That mix books summer parties, Christmas parties, away days, client hospitality and awards nights, and the automotive crowd asks for the sims more than most, which surprises nobody.
We’re an hour up the M40, so for an 8am hall opening we leave Silverstone in the dark and build on the morning rather than paying for a hotel the night before. Branding’s the part exhibitors care about most: seat decals start at £42, and everything up to a full wrap and your own in-game livery is priced on our branded simulator hire page. Get artwork over early and the sims arrive in the hall already in your colours.

The ICC on Broad Street and the arena beside it for large conferences and gala dinners, the Eastside Rooms and Millennium Point for the rest. The clean air zone inside the A4540 shapes our route and loading plan. Central venues carry our £300 city-centre surcharge, which covers parking, additional staffing and congestion charges, but conference venues like the ICC don’t.
Edgbaston Stadium and Villa Park run hospitality suites with long guest lists. The sims slot in around the food, so the racing happens between courses or after the speeches.
Birmingham Botanical Gardens and the country hotels out towards Solihull and Sutton Coldfield. Smaller rooms simply take a smaller set-up, and seats and pedals adjust so guests aged 8 to 88 all get a lap.
Birmingham is one of a number of cities we cover from Silverstone; the rest are on our simulator hire locations page.

What we bring

Full-size single-seaters, up to 16 racing the same circuit on one live leaderboard, run as fastest-lap sessions through a show day or head-to-head finals for a dinner. From £790 a day.
F1-style simulator hire →
Seat decals at £42 through to full wraps at £450, plus in-game liveries and custom tracks, which is what most NEC exhibitors call us about.
Branding options →
The reflex board F1 drivers train on takes almost no floor space, so it suits a smaller stand. From £450 a day, and the staffed option is £300.
Batak hire →We're here to make the racing a highlight
We don't just drop off and disappear. Our team delivers, builds, welcomes your guests, runs the racing and packs down at the end.

Local questions
No. The NEC is about 47 miles from our Silverstone base, roughly an hour by road, and the city centre is nearer 57 miles. Both sit well inside the 100 miles of delivery included in every price, so there’s no mileage line on a Birmingham quote. Our £300 city-centre surcharge doesn’t apply at the NEC either, because it only covers central Birmingham venues, where parking, staffing and congestion add cost.
Each simulator takes roughly 1.61m by 0.6m of floor, stands 1.42m tall and draws under 1kW, with one 13A socket running up to two sims, so a standard stand supply handles a small line-up without a special order. A Batak board takes almost no floor at all, and a 43in digital leaderboard is £100 a day if you want the times readable across the aisle. Tell us your stand plan and we’ll tell you how many sims it’ll take.
Yes. Setup takes around two hours, and at an hour from Silverstone we can leave in the dark and build on the morning rather than the night before, so an overnight is rarely needed. Where a genuinely early exhibition build does need one, hotels are charged at cost and appear on your quote. A finish after 10pm adds £300 and extended hours are 10% per hour, both itemised with the rest.
