Leeds is about 140 miles from our Silverstone base, roughly 2 hours 30 by road. The first 100 miles are included, and the remaining 40 miles are charged at £1.50 a mile. That's £60 for the whole booking, however many simulators you take.
Everything else stays the same: team, live leaderboard and 8 hours on site, setup included.

That mix shapes what Leeds asks us for. Enquiries here skew corporate, and towards head-to-head racing rather than a quiet corner of quick timed laps. Law firms and banks usually ask us for a format that produces a winner and a story for Monday morning. Broadcast and digital teams want something that photographs well. Big employers want throughput, because several hundred people need a turn before the room moves on to dinner. All three get the same answer: enough simulators, networked, with a live leaderboard people can actually see.
We reach the whole county on the same trip. Bradford, Wakefield and Huddersfield are routine, and Harrogate and York are barely further. Yes, where the room allows it. All 16 F1-style simulators network onto one live leaderboard, the biggest mobile line-up in the UK. Each sim needs roughly 1.61m by 0.6m of floor and draws no more than 1kW, with one 13A socket running two sims, so power planning matters more than floor space. A pillar-free hall such as New Dock Hall handles all 16 comfortably.
Yes. Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Harrogate and York are all within a short hop of a Leeds run, and the travel line barely changes between them. Mileage is calculated from your actual venue postcode, so a Harrogate booking is quoted on Harrogate miles rather than a Leeds average.
