That shapes the bookings here: family fun days, long service evenings, safety days and Christmas parties come up far more often than boardroom entertaining, and the guest lists move in waves. The King Power Stadium runs conference suites and hospitality boxes with parking on site, and Leicester Tigers at Welford Road does the same. Suites suit long guest lists on rotation, with the 43in leaderboard keeping times visible from the bar.

Winstanley House just outside the city, Kilworth House to the south, Beaumanor Hall, Rothley Court and Prestwold Hall. Barns and marquees all work, and seats adjust for drivers from 125cm tall, so guests aged 8 to 88 all get a lap.

The distribution and manufacturing sites around the city give us some of the best floor space in the county. A cleared bay takes all 16 sims without anyone moving a wall. Family fun days and long service awards are the usual brief.

How long does it take you to get to Leicester?
Leicester is about an hour away, roughly 45 miles from our base at the Silverstone Innovation Centre, north on the A5 to junction 18 of the M1 and then up the motorway to junction 21. Nearly all of it is dual carriageway or motorway, which is easy going with a 6.9m vehicle of flight-cased simulators, and it’s well inside the 100 miles of delivery included in every price.
Will a full line-up of sims fit into a city centre venue?
Usually, yes: each simulator needs about 1.61m by 0.6m of floor and stands 1.42m tall, so six sims take less room than a dance floor. The question in central Leicester is rarely the room and almost always the load-in. Tell us where we can legally unload, whether there’s lift or level access and how many stairs are involved, and we’ll plan the team and the timings around it. Setup takes around two hours.
Do you cover the rest of Leicestershire as well as the city?
Yes. Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Hinckley, Lutterworth and the villages between them are all comfortably inside the included 100 miles, so the travel cost is the same as the city: nothing. County weddings and country house bookings make up a good share of our Leicestershire work.
