Manchester is about 135 miles from our Silverstone base, roughly 2 hours 30 by road. The first 100 miles are included, and the remaining 35 miles are charged at £1.50 a mile. That's £53 for the whole booking, however many simulators you take.
Everything else stays the same: team, live leaderboard and 8 hours on site, setup included.

One pattern is specific to this city: Manchester asks for branding more often than anywhere else we work, because so much of the demand comes from agencies running brand campaigns rather than companies throwing parties. Seat decals, full sim wraps, in-game liveries and custom tracks come up in most first conversations here.
Manchester’s corporate calendar runs on three engines: MediaCityUK at Salford Quays, the professional cluster around Spinningfields, and a tech sector several thousand businesses strong. Between them they book launches, away days, client entertaining and parties all year.
We plan Manchester days around the traffic rather than hoping it behaves. The M6 through the Midlands is unpredictable, so we build slack into the schedule and often travel up the evening before. Tell us your venue access window early and we’ll work backwards from it, particularly around the city centre one-way system and the hotels along Deansgate and Piccadilly. Asked around Manchester
Do you need to stay overnight for a Manchester event?
Sometimes, and it depends on your schedule. Setup takes around two hours, so a venue that opens at 7am or an event that runs late can make the same-day round trip impractical for the team. Where an overnight’s needed we book hotels, charge them at cost and flag it on your quote before you book.
What access do you need at a Manchester city centre venue?
Somewhere legal to unload and a sensible route to the room. Our delivery vehicle is 6.9m long, so a loading bay or service yard makes the morning far easier, and lift access matters in the converted mills and older office buildings around the centre. Each simulator needs roughly 1.61m by 0.6m of floor and draws no more than 1kW, with one 13A socket running two sims. Central venues also carry our £300 city-centre surcharge, which covers parking, additional staffing and congestion charges, but conference centres and exhibition halls such as Manchester Central don’t.
Do you cover Greater Manchester and Cheshire too?
Yes. Trafford, Salford, Stockport, Bolton and the Cheshire country venues south of the city are all part of the same trip for us, and the travel line barely moves between them. Mileage is worked out from your venue postcode, and you’ll have an itemised quote, travel included, within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
